If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we'll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your item is faulty we will issue an exchange where possible within 28 days of your purchase date. The term 'faulty' means an issue with the garment that is not down to a customer fault such as wear and tear or washing at too high a heat.
Please complete returns form which you can find electronically in your store account. This helps us reduce our carbon footprint and help the environment.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We'll refund you by the same method as payment minus the delivery cost.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
